The second project is entitled “Soria siempre y hoy” (Soria always and today), a tour of the province intertwined with a lingering past, a past that is more present than one might initially assume. Recently, Victor was part of the group of photographers selected for PHotoESPAÑA Descubrimientos PHE 2025.
